A daily dose of Calcium Plus (1 - 4 tablets) contains:

Recommended daily intake
Use 1 to 4 calcium tablets per day depending on your diet. Take with a sip of water, preferably between breakfast and lunch. Do not exceed this recommended dose. In consultation with your dietician you can determine how many calcium tablets you need per day to supplement your diet optimally. This depends on the amount of dairy (for example, cheese, milk and yogurt) that you use every day.
The calcium tablets are suitable for people with a vegetarian lifestyle. This product is also suitable for pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding and children from 12 years.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as well as a varied and balanced diet, nutritional supplements are no substitute for this.
1. Best taken between meals or in the evenings with sufficient water.
2. It is recommended that you take the calcium tablet at a different time than your daily WLS capsule or iron tablet, with at least 2 hours in between. Calcium limits the absorption of iron from your multivitamin or iron tablet if they are taken simultaneously.
Calcium citrate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, beeswax, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), emulsifier (polysorbate 80), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) (CORN), Phytomenadione (vitamin K1) (CORN).
