Deliveries and Returns
Did you place an order? We process orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as we send your order you will receive a track & trace e-mail.
When will I receive my order?
Do you live in the EU? Then you have your order within 2 weeks.
Do you live outside the EU? Then it depends on where you live, but it will be within 4 weeks. We will inform you about this after you have placed an order. Of course you can also contact us for information.
If you decide to return or exchange your supplements, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You then have 4 weeks to send the order as return. The products must be undamaged.
Shipping costs when returning a package are for your own account. If the products are damaged, by doing more than was necessary to assess the product, costs can be charged and the return can not be reimbursed.
How to return or exchange my order?
In order to process your return in the right way, it is necessary that you register your package first. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com. Packages that are not registered can unfortunately not be returned.
